Do the prices on your plans include domain registrations?
No because some people might have decided to purchase domains separately.
What domains can you register for the additional $9? Is it worth it?
.com, .net, .org, .us, .biz, .info. Other domain extensions like .nu are available for a different fee. Please see Domains section. I did some serious personal research to ensure that my domain registrations were the cheapest with my hosting packages. If you decide to register a domain elsewhere, it is highly unlikely that they will do it for less than $9/year. However, if you do find that kind of offer, please let us know so we can do our best to match the price!
When will my domain be active?
Approximately 24 - 72 hours after payment has been received.
What is the general procedure for ordering from IGS?
After you submit and order form, IGS will await your payment via PayPal. If you opted to send money order, IGS will reply with a mailing address. Once payment has been received (and cleared) an account will be set up and you will be e-mailed all the information, instructions and accesses.
How much uptime will I have?
99.99% We will keep you informed if your site may have scheduled downtime.
Do you offer reseller packages?
Not at this moment in order to keep our prices low. If you are interested in reselling, check out our partner,

Can I up/downgrade my account?
Certainly, just e-mail us with your request. IGS will bill the difference and individually upgrade your account. Downgrades (prices) will be effective the month after.
What methods of payment can I use?
For payments on a monthly basis, we are only using Paypal (no PP creditcards). For yearly payments, IGS accepts cheque (your account will be activated after the cheque clears), and money order. All payments must be in USD currency.

Is the payment required before setup?
Yes, IGS policy requires payment before account setup.
Are there any contracts, or hidden commitments?
No, we only expect you to follow our Terms of Service and you may cancel your account at any time.
Will I get an invoices?
You will get invoices on the annual of your domain purchase. Monthly clients will also get invoices but like any other bill, if you do not receive one for whatever reason, you are still responsible for sending payment on time or risk account suspension.
I ran out of bandwidth/space, what can I do?
Additional bandwidth or space can be purchased separately.
Bandwidth is $1/MTH for 1GIG.
Space is $2/MTH for 100MB.
To purchase more bandwidth or space, please send and e-mail of request to Client Support.
This is only to purchase bandwidth or space outside an available plan. You can always upgrade.
